Globalization Partners, the Boston-based recruitment technology company, is set to create 160 new jobs in 2022.

This comes after the company has closed a new $200 million (€176.9m) investment from Vista Credit Partners that valued it at $4.2 billion. The new investment would help expand the company’s market share of the global employment market.

The company established its European headquarters in Galway in July 2020 with 100 employees initially. With the addition of new hires, the employee count at the Galway headquarters will reach 320 people.

Nicole Shain, founder, and chief executive of Globalization Partners, stated: “We pioneered this space and offer the most comprehensive and compliant solution available, combining best-in-class technology and AI with a global team of HR, legal, and customer service experts who understand the local customs, regulatory and legal requirements in each geography we serve.”
